A Guide on How to Start Knitting
I’ve never taken a formal knitting class in my entire life and I’ve taught myself everything I know so far based on youtube videos and simple google searches.
I started with straight needles and a ball of yarn and just knitted swatches over and over until I decided to brave a pattern. I learned how to read patterns and then I had friend introduce me to double pointed needles and circular needles.
It takes patience and practice, but once you get the hang of it, it gets addictive.
